Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order via a mail to support.philipslightingIndia@signify.com

How to Cancel your order?

  • Contact our customer support at support.philipslightingIndia@signify.com, within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Mention your order number in your notification, for effective cancellation.

 

Return Policy:

In addition to and without limiting any statutory return rights/cooling off periods, Signify will accept a return of the products, if you initiate return within 7 days of receiving the product with valid proof of purchase. For return of products, please keep the item in its original condition, with outer box or case, user manual, warranty cards, and other accompaniments in manufacturer’s packaging for a successful return pick-up. We may contact you to ascertain the reason to return the product. The products damaged at your end, and/or products not in original condition or used visibly, would not be eligible for return.

How to initiate return of your order?

  • Contact our customer support at support.philipslightingIndia@signify.com, within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Mention your order number in your notification.

Exceptions:

  • You cannot send back and will therefore not receive a refund for personalized and / or customized products made in accordance with your specifications, unless we explicitly state on our Site that you may still return such product and receive a refund.

You will only have to pay for the return shipping cost if we have explicitly informed you at the moment of purchase that such cost will have to be paid by you.

The reimbursement of the price paid for the returned product and any paid delivery return shipping costs will take place within 14 days, after the receipt of products by us. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.

For defective returns, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty (see Section 7) included with the product or as detailed in the product's description on Signify’s Site. You can contact us via an email to: support.philipslightingIndia@signify.com. 

Damage & Missing Items Policy:

Incase of receipt of a damaged product upon arrival, or shortages thereto including but not limited to items with missing components/accessories, kindly notify us within Two (2) days of the date of delivery. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any use of a Product by you after delivery will constitute acceptance of that Product. 

How to report a damaged or missing item?

  • Contact our customer support at support.philipslightingIndia@signify.com, within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product.
  • Provide clear images of the product, packaging, and invoice along with details of the issue (damage/missing item)

Important Notes:

  • Delayed reporting (beyond 48 hours) may not be eligible for resolution. Signify shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
  • If the outer packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package and notify us immediately.

We shall at our option and within a reasonable time, correct nonconformities by either repair, make available parts, replace, or credit the Price paid for products found to be in nonconformity.
